At Wine Folly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your educational tools and accessories. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that posters are rolled correctly and glassware is padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
